冷一非，博士，毕业于中国地质大学（武汉）环境科学与工程专业。主要研究方向为水土环境中新型环境污染物的污染现状、生态环境健康评价、生态毒理效应、生物修复技术等。参与国家自然科学基金2项，美国自然科学基金1项，国家商务部和中科院联合海外科教基地项目1项。在国内外高水平期刊上发表论文18篇，其中SCI论文14篇，获已授权国家发明专利4项，获湖北省自然科学三等奖1项，湖北省科技进步三等奖1项，宜昌市科技进步一等奖1项。
